N518AS module

N518BS module based TI CC1125 narrowband wireless chip, pa, the module designed for 169/433/868/915Mhz narrowband band. It can be program for customize. The N518BS module has +33 dBm output power and the sensitivity down to -126 dBm at 1.2 kbps. The module support long distance data broadcast and thread.

The C1125 module has a small SMD package, Integrated cc1125 and pa and IPEX, it reduced a lot of development troubles.

N518BS module hardware is designed for maximum range, 18000m + Range (Low rate and Line of Sight).

Note: TXEN, RXEN, LNAEN, VTCXO is connect to MCU IO port, the IO is 3.3V cmos level. The max cmos level is 3.6V.

For Power On:

step 1: power the module

step 2: power the VTCXO, delay 2ms

step 3: register the module

step 4: TX and the data


For Power OFF:

step 1: TX and the data

step 2: register the module to power off

step 3: delay 2ms, power off the VTCXO


For WOR or LBT:

step 1:   delay 2ms, power the VTCXO

step 2: run WOR or LBT
