N517BS CC1125 spi transceiver narrowband module designed for 169M, 433M, 868M and 915MHz band. Up to 30dBm output power and down to -126dBm sensitivity.

N517BS narrowband module based TI transceiver   CC1125 and PA. The module available frequence is from 169M --950Mhz. The hardware is designed for maximum range, 12000m + Range (Line of Sight, 1.2 kbps). N517BS is suitable for ISM band in China(169M/433Mhz), EU(169M/868Mhz) and USA(915Mhz). N517BS is a small size narrowband FSK transceiver module for Thread, narroband , , IEEE 802.15.4, smart objects (6LoWPAN), proprietary systems. All of the N517BS's electronics (don't including an antenna) reside on a single PCB. And all of the CC1125 pin are pinout.
