Ti CC1352R7 CC1190 CC2592 Radio module

N630PA Radio module is a new product of Coral RF, the module based TI CC1352R7, CC1190 and CC2592. For 868MHz, 915MHz up to 27dBm output power and down to -112dBm sensitivity. For 2.4Ghz, up to 22dBm output power and down to -102dBm sensitivity at 2400mhz. The part of the

N630PA module below 1G supports 6LoWPAN, Amazon Sidewalk, IEEE 802.15.4, Wi-SUN, Wireless M-Bus, Thread and so on. N630PA module 2.4G supports Bluetooth low energy, IEEE 802.15.4, Thread, Zigbee and so on.

The N630PA module is mainly for Internet of things, intelligent home, wireless meter reading, scientific research and medical treatment, and medium and long-distance wireless communication equipment. N630PA module leads most pins out of CC1352R7 for secondary development. N630PA (CC1352R7) is suitable for free frequency band in EU and USA.

N630PA Module Master Chip introduce

The CC1352R7 device is a multi protocol, multi band Sub-1GHz and 2.4GHz wireless microcontroller (MCU) that supports Thread Zigbee, Low power Bluetooth 5.2 IEEE 802.15.4g, Intelligent objects supporting IPv6 (6LoWPAN), mioty, Wi SUN, Amazon Sidewalk, proprietary systems (including TI 15.4 Stack for Sub-1GHz and 2.4GHz), and concurrent multi protocol implemented through Dynamic Multi Protocol Manager (DMM) drivers. This device is optimized for low-power wireless communication, with advanced security features and on-chip wireless (OAD) update functionality. It is used in building security systems HVAC, Long distance reliable communication can be achieved in the markets of smart meters, medical devices, wired networks, portable electronic products, home theaters and entertainment, as well as networked peripherals. The outstanding features of this device include:

  • Support secure key storage, device ID, and trusted functionality based on Arm TrustZone.

  • Multi band devices that support concurrent multi protocols for Sub-1GHz and 2.4GHz through DMM drivers.

  • The SimpleLink LOWPOWER F2 software development kit (SDK) provides very flexible protocol stack support.

  • With a low standby current of 0.98 µ A (fully SRAM maintained), it extends the battery life for wireless applications.

  • Supports industrial temperature, with a minimum standby current of 5 µ A at 85 ⁰ C.

  • Advanced sensing is achieved through a programmable, autonomous ultra-low power sensor controller CPU with fast wake up function. For example, the sensor controller can perform 1Hz ADC sampling when the system current is 1 µ A.

  • Low Soft Error Rate (SER) Time Base Fault (FIT) can extend the operating life without causing interference to the industrial market. The SRAM parity check function is always on to prevent damage caused by potential radiation events.

  • The software controlled dedicated radio controller (Arm Cortex-M0) provides flexible low-power RF transceiver functionality, supporting multiple physical layers and RF standards.
