Built on TI's CC1314R10 + CC1190 | 1 MB Flash for Rapid Development of Standard-Based IoT Networks
N624PA is a long-range Sub-1GHz wireless module designed for rapid deployment of standards-compliant IoT solutions. It combines Texas Instruments CC1314R10 wireless microcontroller with the CC1190 RF front-end, delivering a robust +27 dBm output power and excellent receiver sensitivity.
N624PA’s core value lies in its pre-integrated software support for major industry-standard protocols (such as Wi-SUN, Wireless M-Bus), significantly reducing development time, cost, and risk. It provides a certified, reliable RF communication platform, allowing developers to focus entirely on their application layer.
🚀 Accelerated Time-to-Market: Skip the years of RF stack development.
🛡️ Reduced Risk & Cost: Eliminate the hidden costs and risks associated with developing, maintaining, and certifying a proprietary RF protocol from scratch.
🌐 Standards Compliance & Interoperability: Built for seamless integration into existing utility networks (AMI), smart city infrastructure, and other ecosystems that mandate specific standards like Wi-SUN.
💡 Focus on Your Application: Free up engineering resources to innovate on your core application logic and user experience, rather than low-level wireless communication.

Simple Selection Guide:
Choose the N62xPA Series (N620/N621/N622/N623/N624) if you are building a unique, proprietary protocol and have the resources for full-stack development.
Choose the N624PA if your project requires standard protocols (like Wi-SUN or Wireless M-Bus) or your primary goal is to minimize development time, cost, and risk.
Power Supply: A single 3.3V supply is recommended. Ensure provide >500mA peak current during transmission. Use bulk and decoupling capacitors close to the VCCPA and VDD pins.
Antenna: Must be a 50Ω matched antenna.
| Pin | Name | Type | Critical Description |
