📦 Overview

N533ES is a state-of-the-art, high-power Sub-1GHz RF module based on Texas Instruments' CC1314R10 wireless MCU, integrated PA and Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA). Up to +30 dBm (1W) output power and excellent sensitivity down to -126 dBm.

Covers 433 MHz, 868 MHz, 915 MHz, and—critically—the 770–780 MHz band designated for IoT applications in China. Powered by the CC1314R10's ARM Cortex-M33 core with 1024KB flash and 96KB RAM.
